Questionnaire

The purpose of this form is to encourage you, the customer, to consider what it is you want to achieve in your garden. These questions are similar to ones we have asked customers during the design process on numerous occasions; by answering these questions beforehand you will save money.

Please take the time to answer these questions thoughtfully and share this process with whomever you are sharing this outdoor space. In order to have a successful garden it needs to be well designed, properly installed and well maintained. Ideally, we would like you to bring this questionnaire into the space, that we will be discussing, multiple times throughout a day, especially focusing on those times of the day when you plan to spend the most time in the space.

Be sure you experience the changing aspects of the garden: how the light changes, temperature concerns, the amount of wind; to assist you in answering these questions.

We also want to make sure we communicate that the design process is meant to be fluid. Designs can be revised and reworked until you are happy with the result.  This is true in terms of budget, scope, use and planting suggestions.  We encourage feedback and dialogue during the entire process; even during and after the installation.  In truth we are the intermediary in the process of you obtaining the garden you desire.  We are also happy to answer any questions and guide you to resources that will help you find the right plan for your space.  And we will remain available in the future to answer any garden related questions.

We look forward to helping you create an outdoor space that will give you enjoyment all year long for years to come!
